In the heart of Chamartin neighborhood, in the city of Madrid, we have our headquarters. This is where we are, revolutionizing the concept of a Service Agency, as all our services are customized according to the needs of each client.

We strive to assist our clients when they need it the most, and for that, we aim to provide an immediate response.

We bring quality to each of our services by working exclusively with personnel who have excellent references and years of work experience in Spain. These references serve as a testament to their capabilities and provide us with the trust we need.

We have been the first ones to provide this customized service of “always available for our clients.”

We are passionate about helping so many families find the service they need. Since becoming a mother myself, I have realized how important it is to have help at home, and most importantly, to feel at peace when you close the door behind you.

I founded L’Atelier10 when, after years of having someone who helped me at home, they had to return to their country. It was at a time when I had just a baby and needed someone I could trust the most. After months of searching through different companies, I realized they couldn’t provide the domestic staff I needed. It was then that I understood that “yes, I am very demanding” and that there was an urgent need for a “Customized Service Agency” for those of us who are very “demanding” when it comes to the care of what matters most to us.

That’s how L’Atelier10 was born. My name is Ana Diez, happily married, and a mother of two incredible kids. I am a Telecommunications Engineer who, after many years in the industry, decided to make a career change.
